N. Patrick Dwyer started his career in commercial real estate in 2001, where he began working on the Sale and Leasing of Industrial, Retail and Office properties.  He then continued to expand his experience level by working on Investment, Medical and Land sale transactions.  As a result, Patrick has developed a well-rounded knowledge base, so that he can offer full-service representation for all of his clients’ commercial real estate needs.  In 2004, Patrick began spending the majority of his time focusing on the sale and acquisition of income-producing investment properties.  Patrick has been involved in well over $125 Million in Commercial Real Estate Investment transactions.  In 2009, he became one of the owners of the new full service commercial brokerage company, Realplex Commercial.  Realplex is affiliated with Hplex Solutions, the reputable medical development, owner representative, consulting, and property management company.  Patrick’s main goal is to fully understand his clients’ point of view and needs, and then provide viable alternatives to help them make informed real estate decisions.
